Job Title:
Production Tech Job Description Candidates will be responsible for coordinating parts, assembly, testing, painting, packaging, and shipping of company products. The role involves performing a variety of manufacturing tasks, including assembling, operating manual and automatic equipment, setting up machines, testing, and dismantling unit assemblies and complex subassembly workstations according to appropriate work process instructions. Employees are expected to rotate among all stations within each assembly cell, performing repetitive work at a consistent pace to meet customer demands. A working knowledge and ability to repair final unit assemblies and complex subassemblies are essential, and tasks are largely completed using power tools such as pneumatic wrenches, drills, and torque guns. Responsibilities Coordinate parts, assembly, testing, painting, packaging, and shipping of company products. Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks, including assembling and operating manual and automatic equipment. Set up machines, test, and dismantle unit assemblies and complex subassembly workstations. Rotate among all stations within each assembly cell, performing repetitive work to meet customer demands. Repair final unit assemblies and complex subassemblies using power tools. Essential Skills 6 months prior production experience. 6 months in an assembly-based position. Ability to read, write, and understand English. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with production, assembly, automotive, and quality inspection. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools. Why Work Here? Work Environment This is a large manufacturing facility with approximately 270-290 production-based employees working across 13-14 different assembly lines. Open positions are available on 1st Shift (6 AM- 2 PM), 2nd Shift (2 PM

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00- $20.70/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
