Job Description

Production Technician I Position Summary We are seeking detail-oriented Production Technicians to support the assembly, configuration, and testing of integrated hardware systems in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assembling products, installing wiring and components, verifying functionality, and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process. Responsibilities Assemble hardware systems using diagrams, schematics, and work instructions Install, route, and secure cables, wiring, and electronic components Configure and verify system components according to specifications Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities Complete production records and manufacturing documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow established quality and safety procedures Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet production goals Identify opportunities for process improvements and manufacturing efficiencies Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent At least 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, production, or technician experience Ability to read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and work instructions Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday Preferred Qualifications Electronic assembly experience Wire harness or cable assembly experience Electromechanical assembly experience Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment Familiarity with quality standards and manufacturing documentation Experience with testing and troubleshooting of assemblies or systems Schedule Monday through
Thursday:
8:00 AM to 4:30
PM Friday:

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
