Posted 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary Perform testing, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of developmental and production mechanical, electronic, and fiber optic components, parts, equipment, and systems under the direction of the Production Supervisor. The position involves reading and interpreting work instructions, engineering drawings, sketches, and test procedures to determine assembly and testing methods. You will work closely with engineers to conduct experiments, calibrations, and quality testing of components, subassemblies, and final assemblies while maintaining consistent and reliable attendance.               • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
              • A minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience, or 2 years post-secondary/Associate's degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience
              • Ability to travel occasionally as required Job Duties & Functions
              • Conduct functional and continuity tests of electrical and optical assemblies, components, and harnesses using ohmmeters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment.
              • Recommend changes in test procedures and specifications to improve performance and functional testing of production or prototype components.
              • Set up standard test apparatus or devise test equipment and circuitry to conduct functional, operational, environmental, and life tests to evaluate performance and reliability per test procedures.
              • Assist engineers in troubleshooting failed production or prototype components under their direction and guidance.
              • Work with Mechanical and Electronics Engineers to assist with relevant portions of project activities.
              • Follow product test procedures, equipment operation guidelines, and documented safety practices according to the company quality system manual.
              • Promote positive working relationships with customers, suppliers, coworkers, industry partners, government agencies, and the local community. Physical Requirements & Environment
