Shift Patterns Nights 6:45pm - 7:00am 2 on, 2 off, 3 on (12-hour shifts) Pay Rates 20.75 USD hourly Must-have Requirements for Manufacturing Technician Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing operation or production Ability to stand and walk up to 90% of the shift Must wear required PPE at all times in the manufacturing area Ability to lift and position objects weighing up to 50 lbs Must not have previously worked at ES Foundry Desirable Requirements for Manufacturing Technician Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred Ability to read, speak, and understand English Strictly adhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety standards and regulations Role for Manufacturing Technician Operate, monitor, and maintain automated equipment according to standard operating procedures Perform changeovers, tool set-ups, and machine adjustments to ensure optimal performance Record accurate production data and maintain work instructions Collaborate with engineering teams on process improvements and troubleshooting Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following 5S standards Benefits for Manufacturing Technician Opportunity to work in a high-performing, professional environment Professional development through training and equipment improvement initiatives Stable work schedule with a consistent shift pattern
