Responsibilities & Duties Provide programming, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of assigned assembly equipment Ensure proper setup and operation of assigned assembly equipment Provide immediate equipment and process support as required to ensure production schedule is maintained Support manufacturing process improvements Provide technical leadership and training to other employees Perform tasks such as replacing components; repairing electrical equipment; circuits, electrical panels, & mechanical components; light machining; assembly of mechanical & electrical components; and assisting engineers as required Apply technical knowledge to effectively complete assigned tasks May lead and direct the work of others

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent and 7 years' experience operating, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of assigned equipment. Due to U.S. export control regulations (ITAR/EAR), applicants must be U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, or individuals lawfully admitted to the U.S. as asylees or refugees. Work Requirements/Conditions Work performed in a manufacturing and production environment. Extended periods of standing may be required; seating is available at all workstations. Must be able to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds independently. Frequent use of hands for operating equipment, computers, and hand tools. May require bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements. Required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses in designated areas. Must wear company-issued smock or ESD-protective garments where required. Compliance with all company safety policies and procedures is mandatory.
