6+/12+ Months Contract Onsite | Variable Shifts Occasional weekend work required Job Summary The Production / Inventory Coordinator B supports daily production and inventory operations by receiving, storing, tracking, and moving materials throughout the facility. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely material availability, and compliance with safety and operational standards. The position requires hands-on warehouse activity, ERP system usage, and regular forklift operation. Successful completion of required training (OJT and/or classroom) is mandatory for assignment continuation. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, store, pick, kit, and ship materials in accordance with established procedures Maintain accurate inventory records and perform transactions using an ERP system (e.g., SAP) Coordinate material flow to support production schedules and operational needs Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently Perform inventory counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution Follow all safety, quality, and compliance requirements Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency Maintain regular, predictable attendance and punctuality Requirements 1+ year of experience in receiving, storing, picking, kitting, and shipping processes 1+ year of experience in inventory, stock, or supply chain management 1+ year of experience using an ERP system (e.g., SAP or equivalent) Ability to lift 35-40 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift Ability to work any shift based on operational needs Currently holds or is able to obtain a forklift license Willing and able to operate a forklift Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of experience with supply chain concepts and best practices Forklift experience strongly preferred High School Diploma or GED Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials up to 40 pounds Standing and walking for extended periods Forklift operation as a regular job function Job and company information not to be copied, shared, scraped, or otherwise disseminated without explicit consent of JSfirm, LLC.
