Technical training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance fields is a plus Experience Requirements 5+ years of practical experience in mechanical testing, manufacturing, or industrial equipment environments
Experience testing rotating machinery such as centrifugal blowers, compressors, or dryers
Proficiency using laser shaft alignment equipment
Experience monitoring and documenting vibration, pressure, and temperature measurements
Strong computer skills with Windows-based software for reporting and documentation
Experience working with soft starters, water cooling towers, or similar auxiliary equipment preferred Job Duties Perform precision shaft alignment using laser alignment tools
Conduct mechanical and operational testing on centrifugal blowers, compressors, and dryers
Measure, monitor, and record vibration analysis, pressure, and temperature data
Connect electrical and mechanical input/output systems for industrial equipment testing
Generate detailed test reports and technical documentation
Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate results
Communicate test findings, anomalies, and improvement recommendations to engineering teams
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards throughout testing operations Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift.
Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
