Job Description
Production Line Operator Direct Hire Opportunity | Adecco Adecco is seeking an experienced Production Line Operator for a Direct Hire opportunity. Position Overview The Production Line Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment to support manufacturing operations and meet production schedules. This role involves machine setup, product changeovers, quality checks, troubleshooting, and maintaining efficient production processes. Essential Responsibilities Start up and shut down assigned production machinery and workstations. Manage raw material changes on designated equipment. Set up and operate blending equipment as required. Troubleshoot equipment issues and make operational adjustments. Complete product changeovers according to production schedules. Perform quality control checks and make QC determinations. Monitor secondary production equipment to ensure efficient operation. Complete required production documentation and reports accurately. Additional Responsibilities Assist with training and mentoring new operators. Identify and report unsafe working conditions. Support a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of general manufacturing or production experience preferred. 1-2 years of experience as a Solmax Operator preferred. Certified Forklift Operator required. Ability to read, write, and complete production reports. Basic math skills, including working with product weights, measurements, and lengths. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move materials, with assistance for loads exceeding 50 pounds. Ability to climb to elevated work areas as needed. Ability to work in hot manufacturing environments. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Schedule 12-hour rotating shifts. Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Why Join?
