$30.00•$36.00 per hour

The Paint Technician is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the paint process to ensure parts meet quality standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to identify paint defects, and the ability to perform basic troubleshooting to keep the paint line operating efficiently. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements 2-4 years of manufacturing experience preferred Experience with robotic equipment, machine operation, or industrial maintenance preferred Paint process, paint application, automotive production, or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read charts, gauges, and production information Job Duties Inspect parts for quality throughout the paint process Identify paint defects and determine if parts meet quality standards Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment resets on the paint line Monitor paint application settings and make adjustments as needed Complete paint process control checks before and during production Clean and maintain paint applicators and related equipment Report quality concerns and process deviations to supervisors Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Paint Technician. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
