If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in 5S standards, safety, and uptime, this is where you'll make a difference. Role highlights Safeguard productivity by selecting the best repair method to limit downtime. Conduct inspections for wear, misalignment, lubrication gaps, and related defects. Diagnose and fix plant equipment issues—mechanical and electrical. Call for immediate shutdowns when necessary; guide temporary operation when safe. Dismantle, install, align, assemble, and lubricate equipment; erect scaffolds/hoists/chain falls. Align gears, bearings, and shafts; work with piping, valves, and fittings. Run basic machine tools (drill press, pipe threading machine, power saw, etc.). Perform approved electric and gas welding. Troubleshoot timers, relays, motor starters, and other electrical components. Complete all other mechanical tasks needed to maintain the plant. Other duties as assigned by management. What we're looking for 4+ years in millwright/mechanical repair maintenance within heavy industrial manufacturing. Must have experience in Industrial Electricity; some PLC experience required. Comfort interpreting technical communications and drawings. Strong with a voltage meter; math proficient. Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proven problem solving and decision making. Flexibility for variable hours, on-call work, and occasional travel. Valid Driver License. $28.00 - $32.00 hourly

Night shift, 7p-7a, 3 days on / 3 days off Work location: In person — Clarksville, TN 37040
