2989937709-2 Apply for this job now Job Description GXO Logistics is seeking a skilled Production Technician III to support advanced warehouse and logistics operations for blue-chip customers. In this role, you'll operate and monitor material-handling and automated production systems, perform setups and basic troubleshooting, and move, stage and verify freight to meet tight transportation schedules. You will use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory, complete quality checks and documentation, and follow strict safety and 5S standards. As a senior technician, you'll help train junior staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production and material-handling equipment in a high-volume warehouse environment Perform setup, changeovers and basic troubleshooting on automated systems and conveyors Inspect, stage and move inbound and outbound freight to support transportation schedules Follow standard operating procedures, safety rules and 5 S/lean practices Use RF scanners, WMS and related systems to track inventory and orders Complete quality checks and documentation to meet customer and regulatory requirements Collaborate with supervisors, engineers and teammates to resolve issues and improve flow Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment, processes and safety Escalate complex mechanical or system issues to maintenance or engineering Support continuous improvement, KPI achievement and special projects for key accounts Required Skills Warehouse operations Material handling equipment operation Automated systems/robotics support RF scanning Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Basic mechanical troubleshooting Safety and OSHA compliance Quality control and documentation Lean/5 S practices Data entry and KPI tracking
