Duties Prepare a variety of candies and confections following established recipes and manufacturing procedures Operate specialized machinery and equipment for candy production, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the production area, adhering to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) protocols Handle raw materials and finished products with proper manual handling techniques, including heavy lifting when necessary Monitor production processes for quality control Skills Strong knowledge of customer service Ability to perform basic math calculations for ingredient measurements This role is paid and offers a vibrant environment where your skills directly contribute to creating delightful treats enjoyed by many.
