Overview We're hiring Production Technicians for industrial metal component facility. You'll disassemble heavy components using hydraulic presses and hand tools, clean them with industrial washers and shot blasting equipment, then inspect each part to determine whether it can be remanufactured or should be replaced. Depending on the department, you'll also measure components, examine surfaces under magnification, make minor part corrections, and classify parts for the next stage of the process. This is active, hands-on manufacturing work that combines physical labor with mechanical inspection. Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Limited openings do exist on 1st shift

Responsibilities Disassemble Parts:

Break down large industrial components using presses and hand tools.

Clean Components:

Wash and shot blast parts before inspection begins.

Inspect Surfaces:

Identify wear, damage, cracks, and reusable components.

Measure Parts:

Verify dimensions using gauges and precision measuring tools.

Classify Components:

Sort reusable and scrap parts according to standards.

Operate Equipment:

Run industrial washers, blast cabinets, and support equipment safely.

Handle Materials:

Lift, move, and stage heavy metal components throughout production.

Maintain Equipment:

Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance tasks.
