Job Description
Overview We're hiring Production Technicians for industrial metal component facility. You'll disassemble heavy components using hydraulic presses and hand tools, clean them with industrial washers and shot blasting equipment, then inspect each part to determine whether it can be remanufactured or should be replaced. Depending on the department, you'll also measure components, examine surfaces under magnification, make minor part corrections, and classify parts for the next stage of the process. This is active, hands-on manufacturing work that combines physical labor with mechanical inspection. The company continues to grow, offers stable year-round employment, and promotes from within through cross-training into multiple production, inspection, and technical roles.
