Job Description
At ProCompounding Pharmacy, thousands of customized medications are prepared every year to help patients receive the treatment they need. Behind every prescription is a production team committed to quality, consistency, and working together to get the job done right. This is an entry level position. We're looking for a Production Pharmacy Technician who enjoys hands-on work, values teamwork, and takes pride in contributing to a process bigger than themselves. This is not a customer-facing role. You won't spend your day answering phones or handling patient issues. Instead, you'll work alongside a dedicated production team focused on preparing, packaging, labeling, and processing medications accurately and efficiently. Schedule This position offers the choice of a four-day schedule consisting of four 10-hour shifts each week, one of which is a Saturday OR a five-day schedule of 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday. ## Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team environment Dependable attendance and work habits Basic computer skills Ability to learn and follow procedures Good organizational skills Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Certification Requirements Tennessee or North Carolina Board of Pharmacy registration required within 90 days of employment Successful completion of internal competency training Pharmacy experience is helpful but not required.
