🔧 Production Technician Make an Impact in Advanced Manufacturing As a Production Technician , you'll be a key part of a high-performing cleanroom team producing critical BioProcess Containers . Working under Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) , you'll follow precise procedures, technical drawings, and quality standards to ensure consistent, reliable products. This is a hands-on role for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced, team-focused environments. ✅ What You'll Be Doing Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers Follow SOPs, work instructions, and technical drawings with accuracy Maintain strict compliance with GMP and cGMP guidelines Perform repetitive, detail-focused tasks while meeting quality standards Collaborate with teammates to support production goals 🧠 What We're Looking For Required Skills Experience in production, assembly, or warehouse environments Basic computer skills for training and documentation Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Effective verbal and written communication Ability to follow detailed, regulated procedures Team-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1+ year of production or manufacturing experience (not required) Comfortable using hand tools and equipment Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted Able to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift 🌟 Why Work With Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
