Shift Schedule:

2 days on → 2 days off → 3 days on → 2 days off → 2 days on → 3 days off The 3-day work periods include Friday-Sunday .

Built-in OT:

The 2-2-3 schedule may result in approximately 48 hours one week + 36 hours the following week = 84 hours over two weeks . Position Overview The Biomanufacturing Technician I will perform manufacturing activities supporting the start-up and GMP production of novel cellular products while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and established guidelines. Key Responsibilities Perform aseptic manufacturing activities and maintain required qualifications Support production, formulation, and banking of cellular products Follow GMP, GDP, and aseptic processing requirements Prepare GMP documentation under supervision, including SOPs, specifications, and batch production records Support manufacturing process validation activities Participate in raw material support, cell culture, and continuous improvement Maintain proper cleanroom behavior and cleanliness Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate Degree in a scientific field strongly preferred 0-1 year of applicable biotech or cell therapy experience Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with potentially hazardous materials and medical equipment Comfortable working with blood, tissues, and needles Ability to perform algebraic calculations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Professionalism and confidentiality required Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay:
