Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth production operations by handling materials, operating machinery, and maintaining quality standards. Your proactive approach and technical skills will help us deliver exceptional products while adhering to safety and compliance protocols. The scheduled shift is 5pm-3am Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday's. Duties Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently to produce nonwoven fabrics. Support packaging processes to prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area in compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs or malfunctions promptly. Follow lean manufacturing principles to identify waste reduction opportunities and improve workflow efficiency. Experience At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments required, especially working on machinery and or have line lead experience. Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques to optimize processes. Laboratory experience or understanding of quality control procedures is advantageous. Hands-on experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is highly desirable. Adherence to safety and quality protocols.
