Bottling Line Operator As part of the Milam and Greene team, the Bottling Line Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining bottling line equipment. Duties include but are not limited to bottling, labeling, packaging, cleaning, daily upkeep and maintenance on the packaging line. This is a seasonal position that will conclude 12/31/26.

Essential Duties:

Operates bottling line equipment including rinser, filler, labeler, conveyance, heat tunnel, accumulator table. Daily maintenance and cleaning of packaging line. Documents all batch records on appropriate paperwork or software. Follows established company guidelines and standard operating procedures. Completes off-line assignments as directed by the Distillery Manager or direct supervisor. Monitors and reports any safety concerns including work related injuries, etc. Abides by all local, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Mechanical inclination. Ability to repair or assist with minor repairs and maintenance. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages). Valid driver's license. Bottling line experience is a plus. Required Competencies Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day, can lift items up to 50 pounds repeatedly and perform functions at a significant pace to meet deadlines as established. Must have excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of staff, vendors, and customers. Strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain flexibility as necessary. Strong attention to detail. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships. Ability to complete paperwork associated with this position.
