This position is responsible for operating and maintaining the vinyl printing equipment used to create adhesive graphics, logos, and decals for our products. The ideal candidate will have basic graphic design skills to resize, scale, and prepare artwork for print. When print production is light, this role will assist with company event production tasks where needed. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain vinyl printing equipment to produce high-quality adhesive graphics and decals. Prepare artwork for printing — resize, scale, and adjust logos and images to fit various products. Load and manage vinyl materials, monitor print quality, and perform routine printer maintenance. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure print deadlines are met. Keep work area organized and maintain accurate print job records. Assist with other event production tasks where needed. Qualifications Experience operating vinyl printers. Basic knowledge of graphic design and layout software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise specifications. Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple print jobs. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Preferred Skills (Not Required) Familiarity with color matching and print material types. Understanding of vector graphics and print file setup. Previous experience in signage, printing, or branding production. Pay is $23 and up depending on experience. This is an on-site position.
