Shift:

Mon-Sat | 7:00 AM•4:30 PM (6 days a week)

Pay:

$16.00•$30.00/hr (Based on experience)

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate CNC vertical and horizontal mills and CNC/manual lathes from print to finished part. Develop custom setups including fixturing, work holding, tooling, and offsets for short‑run, prototype, and non‑repeat jobs. Interpret blueprints and CAD models; apply correct speeds, feeds, toolpaths, and cutting strategies based on material and geometry. Hold tight tolerances and surface finish requirements; perform first‑article and in‑process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and basic gaging. Troubleshoot machining issues, adjust programs at the machine, and optimize cycle time and tool life. Deburr, finish, and inspect parts to print requirements. Collaborate directly with engineering and design teams on part manufacturability and process improvements.

Requirements:
