We're a small, fast-moving team where everyone's work directly shapes the product and the company. About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. You'll run and maintain the equipment and processes that turn digital designs into finished custom appliances. This role suits someone with a can-do attitude who likes solving problems, learns quickly, and is comfortable in a small-company environment where priorities can shift and no two weeks look exactly the same. Because we're a small team, you'll get exposure to every part of manufacturing, from design files to finished parts. There's real room to grow in scope, responsibility, and technical skill. What You'll Do Operate production equipment, including 3D printers and post-processing systems, to manufacture custom orthodontic appliances Prepare, process, and inspect parts to make sure every unit meets quality specifications Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions, and help improve them Keep accurate production records and documentation Do routine equipment maintenance, calibration, and basic troubleshooting Help identify and put in place process improvements that raise quality, consistency, and throughput Work with engineering and design team members to resolve production issues Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Step in wherever the team needs support as production demands change What We're Looking For Required Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or lab setting Strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach to work Dependable, punctual, and consistent, with strong attention to detail Willing to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities Flexible and adaptable in a small, dynamic team Clear communicator who asks questions and raises issues early Preferred (not required) Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, biomedical, manufacturing, materials, or a related field) CAD experience (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar) Hands-on experience operating 3D printers or other additive manufacturing equipment Exposure to a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, FDA

Pay:
