What You Will Do:
Perform advanced testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical systems using detailed schematics, diagrams, and technical instructions. Conduct precise soldering, diagnostics, fault isolation, and comprehensive system testing to ensure optimal performance. Prepare detailed technical reports to document findings and repairs. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams to streamline operations and improve processes. Support and mentor junior technicians in complex tasks, sharing your expertise to foster team growth.
Ideal Candidates Include:
Automotive and HVAC technicians eager to transfer their skills into high-tech manufacturing. Candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience and an AS degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent military technical training, or a BSEET degree with related hands-on experience. Proficient in using hand and power tools, troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems, and software such as MS Office, Oracle Manufacturing, and PDM. Strong problem-solvers with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay Details:
