Job Description
What We're Looking For Base Production Technician I will repackage bulk bases into smaller pack sizes as specified on work orders. What You Will Do Follow written instruction on proper gowning, balance calibration, equipment operation, work order instructions and ensure that all data is documented accurately Retrieve product and components for next scheduled assignment Validate work orders and labels, verify documents and components are accurate and identical, and perform scale calibration Accurately weigh bases, perform repackaging, and operate filling equipment at a rate comparable to established standards and expectations Maintain and clean Production Rooms, equipment and utensils Document on the work order all packaging and raw materials consumed in the repackaging process Assist with related special projects, as assigned Who You Are High School Diploma or equivalent Intermediate level numerical and math skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently in 8 hours a day Ability to push/slide and pull pallets using a pallet jack Entry-level Mechanical aptitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be detail oriented Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Self-Motivated Who We Are PCCA helps pharmacists and prescribers create personalized medicine that makes a difference in patients' lives.
