Clean Room Production Technician Wage:
$18.00- $20.

6:00am- 2:30pm We are seeking a detail-oriented Clean Room Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in Houston, TX (77041).
Clean Room Production Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform controlled cleaning, water rinsing, and IPA cleaning processes on precision components
- Conduct visual inspections to verify product quality and compliance with specifications
- Package and label finished products according to established procedures
- Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and maintain part, lot, and job traceability
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Handle delicate finished components carefully to prevent contamination or damage
- Maintain clean room standards and comply with all quality requirements
- Enter production and traceability information into computer systems
- Support assembly and manufacturing operations as needed Requirements for
Clean Room Production Technician:
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Experience in a clean room or ISO-controlled environment preferred
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions and SOPs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable working with IPA and approved cleaning processes
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently and accurately
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled clean room environment
