Succeed:

At least 5 years of relevant experience for $38/hour, or 10+ years for $40/hour. Hands-on expertise operating and maintaining oil and gas production equipment, including wells, tank batteries, compressors, separators, and flowlines. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently diagnose and resolve field equipment issues. Proven experience in Midland Basin or Permian Basin production operations. Demonstrated commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and operational procedures. Ability to manage routes efficiently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with field teams. Other Requirements:

Ability to work a 7/7 rotation schedule. Must have strong mechanical skills and a detail-oriented approach. Ability to document field activities accurately.
