Back Production Tech IV Lease Operator Contract 11384 Aug 11, 2026 Kermit , TX Join Our Team as a Production Tech IV - Drive Operations in the Heart of the Permian Basin! Are you a seasoned oil and gas professional with a passion for operational excellence and safety? We're seeking a highly skilled Production Tech IV to excel in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing production equipment in the Mentone, TX Wolf Camp location. If you thrive in a dynamic field environment and possess a sharp mechanical aptitude, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact on our field operations. What You'll Need to
Succeed:
At least 5 years of relevant experience for $38/hour, or 10+ years for $40/hour. Hands-on expertise operating and maintaining oil and gas production equipment, including wells, tank batteries, compressors, separators, and flowlines. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently diagnose and resolve field equipment issues. Proven experience in Midland Basin or Permian Basin production operations. Demonstrated commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and operational procedures. Ability to manage routes efficiently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with field teams. Have Skills:
Previous experience as a Lease Operator or Pumper. Knowledge of production optimization techniques. Certifications related to oil and gas operations or safety.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Relevant technical training or certifications in oil and gas production. Extensive hands-on experience in a production environment within Midland or Permian Basins.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work a 7/7 rotation schedule. Must have strong mechanical skills and a detail-oriented approach. Ability to document field activities accurately.
