  • Eyewear Manufacturing Forall Frameworks is a Lubbock, TX based manufacturer of acetate eyewear frames.
There are only a few manufacturers of eyewear in the USA and we are proud to make the highest-quality eyewear in America. We produce the eyewear frames from start to finish. We are hiring craftspeople to help expand our production capabilities to get more American made product in the market. We are looking for people to join our small (but growing) team that is passionate about producing world-class product and is focused on details. DUTIES Operation of eyewear specific/customized machinery Raw material preparation and organization Monitor CNC operations Ultrasonic cleaning Assembly of frames Hand finishing and polishing of frames Lens cutting and insertion Final inspection and packaging SKILLS Attention to detail Ability to multitask and focus on priorities Proactive mindset Ability to read technical drawings and follow processes Ability to work with and troubleshoot machinery Be able to work as part of a team to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment Compensation varies based on experience.
