$2,000 Make a Difference One Visit at a Time Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide in-home Physical Therapy services for pediatric patients. Whether you are an experienced Physical Therapist , a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant , or a clinician passionate about pediatric Physical Therapy , this role offers the opportunity to deliver one-on-one care while helping children reach their full potential. As a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) , you will play a vital role in improving mobility, independence, and quality of life through meaningful Physical Therapy interventions. Meaningful, patient-centered care in the home and community Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time options) Supportive, clinician-led culture Ongoing mentorship, training, and leadership opportunities CEU and professional license reimbursement Strong clinical support and collaboration Opportunity to make a lasting impact in your community What You'll Do Provide evidence-based Physical Therapy in the home and community Perform evaluations, reassessments, and develop treatment plans (Physical Therapist / PT) Implement treatment plans under supervision (Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA) Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence Support pediatric patients in developing or regaining physical, neurological, and functional skills Educate and empower families and caregivers for daily carryover Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners Develop and instruct home exercise programs Document all care and services in an EMR system Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standardsQualifications Required:
Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (Texas) Current CPR certificationPreferred:
