Quality Control / Production Line Technician Help Ensure Quality. Support Production. Make a Difference. Are you detail-oriented and take pride in producing high-quality products? We're looking for a Quality Control / Production Line Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you'll help ensure products meet quality standards while supporting production operations in a safe, clean, and efficient environment. Collect and analyze product samples while maintaining accurate documentation. Complete packaging and manufacturing specification checks. Monitor lab and production equipment and perform basic troubleshooting when needed. Communicate quality concerns and generate Quality Alerts when necessary. Maintain detailed records of testing, inspections, and production documentation. Work closely with production, warehouse, and other departments to ensure quality standards are met. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures, and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work area and participate in sanitation procedures. Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisors. What We're Looking For Required Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, production, or a related environment preferred. Ability to read and interpret manufacturing specifications and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer and documentation skills. Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with multiple departments. Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently lift and move moderate-weight materials throughout the shift. Ability to climb stairs and ladders when necessary. Comfortable working in hot, humid, and cold manufacturing environments.
