5-10 years of experience in oil and gas production operations. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, schematics, and P&IDs. Fundamental computer skills for data entry and reporting. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between field locations. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Have Skills:

Additional certifications in safety or equipment operations. Experience with automation systems or advanced diagnostic tools. Prior experience working on multi-day rotation schedules.

Preferred Educational Background & Experience:

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to work on a 10/3 then 5/3 rotation schedule. Ability to travel consistently between field sites.
