Hard Head Veterans LLC Mission Brief:

We are looking for an Assistant Assembler to help with the assembly of American made products at our new facility in Sweetwater, Texas. You will be responsible for helping create lifesaving equipment. Furthermore, we are looking for that rare individual who understands and strives to be part of a top performing team. Hard Head Veterans is based upon the same team principles and culture found in US Special Operations Forces, such as extreme accountability, "never quit" attitudes, competitive environments, and solution-based mindsets.

OUTCOMES

• Assist in production roles such as fabric cutting, compression molding, cut/drill/sand, painting operations, assembly, and injection molding operations.
• Troubleshoot and maintain power tools and associated equipment.
• Complies with established job safety practices, policies and procedures.
• Strive to improve processes, practices, and procedures.
• Rotates through work stations as needed for coverage, relief, and training.
• Performs other facility maintenance and project related work as required.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Excellent project management skills.
• Mechanically inclined, proficient with all types of hand tools & machinery.
• Positive, "can-do" attitude and ability to adapt/overcome situations.
• Understanding of quality standards and implementing quality assurance. Compensation/Benefits
