This role is responsible for all aspects of quality monitoring for production operations. Responsible to analyze standard and non‐standard samples to ensure that the quality of the materials tested meet or exceed standards of acceptable criteria. Maintain quality results in database. Communicate with our R D lab and customer service to provide additional data and customer samples needed. This role is required to work on rotating shifts (and overtime as designated) , must be flexible to work days/nights, weekend on-call rotation, and holidays (24/7 facility) is required. Our schedules are based upon business needs and are subject to change according to business needs. Responsibilities (Not inclusive list): 1. All aspects of quality monitoring/testing for production operations. 2. Responsible to analyze standard and non‐standard samples to ensure that the quality of the materials tested meet or exceed standards of acceptable criteria. 3. Test in‐process and final products produced. 4. Monitor production quality and record all necessary activity. 5. Identify problems, troubleshoot issues and report status or quality deficiencies to supervisor. 6. Observe proper inventory levels to support all anticipated needs of the QA Lab. 7. Inspect instruments and equipment to determine the need for repairs and guarantee accuracy by performing regular inspections as designated. 8. Keep updated records of calibration, controls analysis, test results, inventory and activity logs. 9. Ensure all instruments operate within designed parameters. 10. Maintain quality results in database. 11. Follow all written and verbal work instructions or procedures. 12. Follow all safety policies and procedures (rules). 13. Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly laboratory. 14. Pay utmost attention to detail in every aspect of the job, every day. 15. Work overtime and rotating schedule (flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays/On call weekend rotating schedule is required).
