4/10's M-T (off Friday's) What does Remanufacturing Technician II do at Swire Coca-Cola? As a Remanufacturing Technician II, you will play a crucial role in the process of remanufacturing Coca-Cola coolers and fountain equipment to extend their lifecycle, improving supply chain and reducing environmental impact. As technician II, you play a crucial role in the process of remanufacturing beverage equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently and meets or exceeds industry standards. You will be responsible for repairing/replacing parts of the equipment enabling it to operate like new. This position offers excellent opportunities for skill development and career growth.
Responsibilities:
Perform necessary repairs or replacements of worn or damaged parts, including the replacement of seals, gaskets, and electrical components Implement strict quality control measures to guarantee the performance and reliability of remanufactured equipment. Use precision instruments to verify accuracy Reassemble fountain beverage equipment, ensuring all parts are correctly aligned, fastened, and sealed. Follow manufacturer guidelines for assembly procedures General bodywork on the equipment, including sanding, masking, and decal application Maintain accurate records of all work performed and accurately create and complete work orders to support equipment sales Inspect all components for wear, damage, or defects. Conduct tests and diagnostics to identify any issues and document findings Maintain a professional work environment Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma (or GED) High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Lift up 50lbs repetitively Ability to operate and/or use a variety of hand and power tools Previous experience in beverage equipment repair, maintenance, or a related field is highly desirable Knowledge of electrical systems and components Mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment Ability to work effectively in a team and follow established procedures Willing to follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe work environment and Share a Coke with Swire!
