Category Pharmacy-Pharmacist in Charge Job Type Direct Hire Exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead a mail-order compounding pharmacy serving multiple states. This role is based in Draper, UT, supporting a 503A non-sterile compounding facility specializing in peptides and GLP-1 medications. The position offers a direct-hire arrangement with a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $150,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Serve as the primary PIC for multi-state licensure, maintaining licenses in AL, AR, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MS, NE, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, and WV, with opportunity to obtain Utah licensure upon hire. Lead and cultivate a positive, growth-focused culture that motivates and elevates team performance. Organize and streamline workflow to support operational scaling and efficiency. Utilize Pioneer Rx system for daily pharmacy management. Maintain oversight of 503A non-sterile compounding processes in a closed-door environment.
Desired Qualifications:
Active pharmacist licensure in multiple states listed above or willingness to obtain upon hire. Experience as a Pharmacist in Charge, preferably in mail-order or compounding pharmacy settings. Strong leadership skills with a focus on positive team dynamics and organizational growth. Proficient with Pioneer Rx or similar pharmacy management software. Ability to manage regulatory compliance and operational scaling.
