•Shift is as follows: 6pm to 6:30am 4 to 5 days a week. No absences within the first 30 days. Duties Operate and oversee the gummy production line, ensuring continuous and efficient manufacturing processes Monitor equipment performance, perform mechanical troubleshooting, and conduct routine maintenance as needed Follow all safety protocols, including PPE use and adherence to safety standards in production environments Handle raw materials and finished products safely using material handling equipment such as forklifts and manual handling techniques Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the production area according to sanitation standards and food safety management practices Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure product consistency and adherence to specifications Document production data accurately, including batch records, logs, and incident reports Assist with food preparation tasks such as baking or cooking as required for gummy formulation processes Requirements Prior experience in food production or manufacturing environments, preferably within the food industry or kitchen settings Knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP, GMP, and sanitation procedures Strong manual handling skills for heavy lifting and precise material transfer Basic math skills for measurements, quality checks, and record-keeping Familiarity with manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols in a production setting Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards in production environments Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards Physical stamina for prolonged standing, heavy lifting, and manual tasks throughout shifts

Pay:
