The Role We are seeking a technically-minded, hands-on Production & Engineering Technician to lead our assembly and quality control processes. This is not just an assembly-line job—you will be the "owner" of the production process, ensuring that our systems are built, tested, and optimized for performance. You will be responsible for everything from operating our PCB line to the precision assembly of our signature compression pumps. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who understands Lean Manufacturing principles and takes pride in technical precision.

Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure all production machinery, tools, and engineering equipment are functioning properly and maintained to prevent delays.
Technical Documentation:
Track production issues and document nonconformance within our Quality Management System (QMS); perform technical reworks on nonconforming products.
Operational Support:
Maintain a "team-first" mindset by assisting with warehouse, fulfillment, or special engineering projects as needed to meet sales demand.
Safety & Organization:
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace to ensure maximum operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications Technical Experience:
Strong hands-on mechanical or electrical interest. Previous experience in electronics assembly, mechanical repair, or a technical manufacturing environment is preferred.
Mechanical Aptitude:
High proficiency with tools and electronic components; comfortable with precision hardware and following complex technical SOPs.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to troubleshoot hardware failures and document results accurately within a quality system.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to be on your feet for the duration of an 8-hour shift and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
Schedule & Benefits Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday (Flexible 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm).
Compensation:
$16.00/hr starting (Negotiable based on experience).
Paid Break:
We provide a fully paid 1-hour lunch for all full-time employees.
Perks:
Flexible dress code, flexible work environment, and significant employee discounts on Rapid Reboot products.
