This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in precision work, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, ensuring efficiency, safety, and excellence in every step. As a key contributor, you will support various stages of manufacturing, packaging, and materials handling while maintaining compliance with industry standards. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will help us meet production goals and uphold our commitment to quality. Duties Operate lathes and other heavy machinery Participate in the full production process from raw material to finished products Follow established manufacturing procedures and quality standards Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow lean manufacturing principles to identify waste reduction opportunities and improve process efficiency. Maintain detailed records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and quality checks to support traceability and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with team members across departments to troubleshoot issues promptly and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable performing hands-on, sometimes physically demanding and dirty work Ability to quickly learn and apply technical processes Strong attention to detail and work ethic Team-Oriented mindset US citizen Must pass a pre-employment background check Preferred Qualifications Interest in or familiarity with the firearm industry Prior experience with machining or manufacturing (not required, but a plus) High school diploma or GED equivalent

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
