Encapsulation Lead General Description:
Operate the equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line. Ensure that deadlines for products are met while maintaining equipment standards. Learn and follow all company guidelines and policies and ensure all documentation is filled out correctly and completely. Responsible for ensuring encapsulation equipment is cleaned, assembled, and disassembled in an orderly manner. Must follow instructions on orders to manufacture products within company and customer's specifications. Be able to troubleshoot equipment or production issues to identify ways to improve and ensure production of Department and quality standards are met on a daily basis.

Basic Math Skills Experience:
1-2 years of
Machine Operating Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent Expected hours: 40.0 per week
