We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. Could This Be For You?: Fillauer Composites is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will produce components by assembling lower extremity prosthetics and subassemblies to meet production schedules.
Your Impact:
Perform buffing/finishing, router, and waterjet operations. Interpret technical documents such as diagrams, schematics, and written instructions. Document actions by electronically recording labor for each job. Ensure quality standards are met and handle defective items according to established procedures. Resolve assembly problems by communicating with peers, leads, or managers. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with company standards.Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Good understanding of quality control principles. Attention to detail and ability to work independently and safely. Analytical skills with the ability to use tools and take measurements. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.Additional Success Factors:
