Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end production runs for custom awards, corporate branding, signage, and specialty print products. Operate, calibrate, and perform routine preventative maintenance on wide-format, flatbed UV, and digital printers. Review incoming artwork for correct resolution, bleeds, color profiles (CMYK/Pantone matching), and substrate compatibility. Manage raw materials inventory Supervise, schedule, and cross-train print shop technicians Implement rigorous quality-assurance checkpoints prior to assembly Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial print management, sign production, or specialty substrate manufacturing. In-depth technical familiarity with RIP software (e.g., Onyx, Caldera, VersaWorks) and prepress tools (CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator). Proven track record troubleshooting wide-format, UV flatbed, or direct-to-substrate printers. Strong leadership skills with experience managing production deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High mechanical aptitude and sharp attention to detail.
