Summary:

The Manufacturing Engineering Technician supports new product introduction by building, testing, and recording first-article systems before they are released to the production line. This role is responsible for assembling and validating computer systems and servers, troubleshooting technical issues related to fit, form, and function, and generating detailed documentation to support manufacturing readiness. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to resolve build issues and ensure production processes are accurate, repeatable, and compliant with technical and regulatory requirements. This role supports ITAR-compliant manufacturing environments. Key responsibilities include first-article inspection and documentation; interpreting technical drawings and schematics; generating detailed manufacturing build/test instructions; using measurement tools (multimeter, calipers); following ESD protocols and clean-room practices; and partnering with cross-functional teams using ERP tools (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office. Required skills include strong attention to detail, disciplined problem-solving, and effective communication across functions.
