Job Description
Job Description At The LEGO Group, we are seeking a Production Line Operator to operate, monitor, and adjust automated production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supporting product quality and production performance and is not a forklift or material handling position.
Starting Pay Rate:
$21.42/hour (weekly pay).Shift:
6am-6pm 2-2-3 (non-rotating) shift pattern (Enjoy working 15 days per month). in a Climate Controlled environment Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor automated production equipment
- Adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards
- Identify and respond to minor machine issues
- Perform routine quality inspections
- Record production data accurately
- Maintain a safe and organized work area Qualifications
- Experience operating stationary manufacturing equipment
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Successful completion of on-site pre-employment assessments that include manual dexterity, matching, and intermediate technology evaluations. warehouse or forklift-only experience will not align with this role Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods (12-hour shifts)
- Lift up to 35 pounds occasionally
- Work around moving production equipment safely
