Production Technician Vermont Patients Alliance / Zenbarn Vermont Patients Alliance (VPA) is a Vermont-based cannabis company dedicated to producing high-quality products while supporting the culture and community that built this plant.
Our mission is simple:
craft exceptional cannabis and deliver it with integrity, care, and respect for the plant and the people who steward it. We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Production Technician I to join our manufacturing team. This is an idea position l for someone who takes pride in hard work, enjoys fast-paced production environments, and wants to build a career in the cannabis industry. This role works directly with our production and manufacturing teams to help create a variety of cannabis products. What You'll Do Production Technicians assist with a wide range of manufacturing and packaging tasks including: Producing pre-rolls, gummies, vape cartridges, and other cannabis products Packaging and labeling finished products Operating and assisting with production equipment Maintaining clean and organized workspaces Performing cleaning and sanitation tasks Assisting with inventory organization and workflow Following strict quality control and compliance procedures Supporting the production team in meeting daily production goals What We're Looking For We want someone who shows up ready to work hard and contribute to a positive team environment.
Ideal candidates will have:
Strong work ethic and reliability A positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to work efficiently in a production environment Experience with piecework or high-efficiency production Strong attention to detail Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods Ability to follow standard operating procedures Interest in the cannabis industry and commitment to professionalism Must pass background check and obtain a Vermont Cannabis ID Card Previous manufacturing, food production, or packaging experience is helpful but not required . Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Repetitive hand and packaging tasks Working in a fast-paced production environment Why Work With Us Vermont Patients Alliance is building something bigger than just another cannabis company.
