Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Technician to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience working in an assembly line environment. This role involves assembling, fabricating, and ensuring the quality of products while adhering to safety standards and operational procedures. Job responsibilities in the shop can include but are not limited too: Responsibilities Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the manufacturing process. Including Sanding, Cutting, 3D printing, Powder Coating Aluminum and Assembly of screen components. Fabricate parts as needed to meet production requirements. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to optimize workflow and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. Assist in the operation of forklifts for material handling within the warehouse environment. Physical Requirements ⁃Ability to work in a warehouse environment. ⁃Ability to consistently stand on concrete floor. ⁃Ability to lift up to 50 LBS consistently. Skills ⁃Ability to perform basic math. ⁃Ability to use basic hand and power tools. ⁃Ability to write effectively, read and interpret documents to clearly communicate to others. ⁃Ability to interact cooperatively and collaboratively with a team. Qualifications ⁃High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. ⁃Previous manufacturing experience preferred. From $25.85 per hour
