Ro-Flo Compressors is a small, team-oriented manufacturing company based in Appleton, Wisconsin. We manufacture high-quality rotary vane compressors for a wide range of industrial applications. POSITION SUMMARY
The Production Support Technician is a cross-trained member of our manufacturing team who works where needed across assembly, painting, testing, crating, shipping/receiving, and inventory control. This position requires a mechanically inclined, dependable individual who is willing to learn and adapt to changing priorities. Key Responsibilities Collect parts from bills of material and assemble compressors using established procedures. Read and follow work orders, mechanical drawings, and assembly instructions. Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools. Assist with compressor testing and test setup. Paint, package, and crate compressors and components. Assist with shipping, receiving, and material handling. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Assist with inventory control, including counting, organizing, and locating materials. Communicate with internal departments to support accurate and efficient order fulfillment. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Support other areas of the operation as needed. Position Requirements Strong mechanical aptitude. Precision mechanical assembly experience preferred. Ability to read mechanical drawings and work orders preferred. Ability to use hand and power tools. Dependable, adaptable, and willing to learn multiple areas of the operation. Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills. ERP experience is a plus. Forklift experience is a plus. Knowledge of UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager is a plus.
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
