Join our team as an Additive Manufacturing Technician and play a key role in producing innovative components using advanced 3D printing technologies. You'll work in a collaborative environment where your ideas, technical skills, and attention to detail make a real impact. What You'll Do Operate additive manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality parts. Prepare materials, including blending plastic powders and loading liquid resins into production systems. Follow manufacturing travelers and accurately document production processes. Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure consistent product quality. Maintain accurate records of production runs, material usage, and machine performance. Identify and report quality concerns while supporting corrective actions. Suggest process improvements that enhance print quality, reduce waste, and improve efficiency. Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment. What We're Looking For Associate degree (or equivalent) in a technical or manufacturing-related field. Experience operating additive manufacturing equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with Lean Manufacturing practices preferred. CAD experience is a plus. Why Join Us? Physical Requirements Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs. with assistance. Stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, twist, and carry materials throughout a shift.
