Scott's Industrial Coatings, LLC Paint Prep Technician Scott's Industrial Coatings is an industrial finishing company that specializes in several industries including defense, marine, transportation, energy, fire and rescue, construction, and fabrication. Position Overview:
Prepare metal products for powder coating processes Identify, locate and set-up parts to be processed Blow sand or debris off parts using pressure hoses Wash products using a power washer Move pallets and parts between wash and powder coating line Operate a forklift Every employee is expected to: Complete all required paperwork including labor reporting and documentation of quality control and material movement Work safely and maintain the work area with high standards of housekeeping Perform self-inspection and other required quality control functions at the employee's workstation Perform required Preventive Maintenance activities on machinery and/or equipment operated Wear required personal protective equipment and follow all company safety rules and practices Lifting requirements: Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Lifting devices are available and recommended.Schedule:
Four 10-hour shifts 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-1:30amPay and Benefits:
