This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working alongside others to achieve common goals, and take pride in producing quality products safely and efficiently. Shift Schedule This position operates on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule , offering both day and night shift opportunities:
Night Shift:
7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Includes every other weekend as part of the rotation Key Responsibilities Package rolls after indexing them from one core to another or operate automated indexing equipment. Package products according to customer specifications and quality standards. Inspect rolls for splices, defects, and product changes. Work closely with team members to ensure production lines operate efficiently and meet performance goals. Verify roll counts, film specifications, and production supplies. Communicate production defects, equipment issues, or operational concerns to leads and supervisors. Assist with line changeovers and production setup activities. Follow established quality, safety, and production procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Meet productivity and quality expectations throughout the shift. Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Qualifications Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including every other weekend. Basic reading, writing, and communication skills. Minimum of one year of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred. Experience operating or working around automated manufacturing equipment is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods (8-12 hours per shift). Strong commitment to safety, quality, reliability, and teamwork.
