In this energetic role, you'll lead a team of skilled cleaners to provide top-quality exterior and interior window cleaning services across residential and commercial. Your expertise in using ladders and specialized cleaning equipment will ensure safety and excellence on every job. As a Crew Lead, you'll motivate your team, uphold safety protocols, and ensure customer satisfaction with every project. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills while working outdoors in diverse environments. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of window cleaning technicians to complete projects efficiently and safely Utilize traditional squeegee methods for thorough window cleaning Ensure all team members use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly during outdoor work Maintain cleanliness of work sites Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial window cleaning Knowledge of traditional squeegee window cleaning methods Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions with outdoor work experience preferred Cleaning windows in residential homes and some commercial properties Do Not have to be a ladder worker, have plenty or lower windows to do Must be detailed oriented Must have a good work ethic A clean driving record is a plus Willing to train Join us to lead a motivated team dedicated to delivering exceptional window cleaning services!
