Summary We are seeking a dedicated Press Operator to join our team at YMRM. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of high-quality molded plastic products. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that we continue to meet our customers' needs with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities Operate and monitor press machines to ensure efficient production of molded products. Read and interpret blueprints to understand specifications and requirements for production. Assemble components as needed to complete product manufacturing. Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify product quality and specifications. Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process. Collaborate with team members to improve production techniques and processes. Requirements Proven experience as a Press Operator or similar role in manufacturing environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with CAD software is a plus but not mandatory. Experience with tooling and materials handling is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
