Salary Range:
- $19.00 To $25.30 Hourly
- Powder Production Technician
Schedule:
- Sunday-Thursday, 3rd Shift (11:00 PM
- 7:30 AM)
Pay Range:
- $ 19.00
- 22.00;
- including shift premium
- $ 21.85
- 25.30 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

- Position Summary
- The Powder Production Technician performs all operations required to sample, test, adjust, produce, and troubleshoot the successful manufacture of powder coatings. Machine and equipment disassembly, reassembly, cleaning, and setup are required. This position works closely with the Quality Control Department.
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- + Operate and monitor production equipment while adjusting the machine as needed based on output and indicators.
- Qualification Requirements
- + High school diploma or GED preferred; additional related technical training is a plus. + Prior manufacturing experience preferred (approximately 3-12 months), including the ability to operate or learn equipment such as extruders and mills.

- + Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to shared goals.
- Work Environment & Physical Requirements

- Physical Demands
- + Regularly required to communicate verbally and audibly in a manufacturing or operational setting.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- + Safety shoes, safety glasses, and flame-retardant uniforms or lab coats are required in production areas. + Respirators and ear plugs are required for specific production processes.
